Practice one skill at a time

Typing practice: accuracy before speed

TypingGame combines typing practice with arcade-style modes, weak-key training, personal progress and live races. Begin at a pace where you can keep mistakes low instead of chasing words per minute alone.

For example, practise a difficult group of keys in a short session, then try a comparable round later. Compare both speed and accuracy under similar conditions; one high score does not describe every typing task.

Math practice is a different goal

MathNow is for multiplication practice, with times tables from 0 to 12, flashcards, speed rounds, matching activities and printables. It is not a typing tutor.

For a child learning a table, start with untimed recall or matching before trying speed rounds. Keep sessions manageable and choose an activity that fits the learner rather than treating a timer as the only measure of progress.
